From tomorrow, July 7th, 2025, things will get really tight on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. The road in the north direction will be closed for a longer period of time. The construction work will take place between the Fallerslebener Straße traffic light intersection and the Allerwelle roundabout. The reason for this closure is urgently needed repair work on the high-pressure gas pipeline by the LSW in the area of Konrad-Adenauer-Straße No. 6, as regionalheute.de reports. During the construction work, the southbound direction will remain open, making the situation somewhat easier for residents.
In order to clarify the diversions, the city has given a clear route. Traffic will be redirected via Fallerslebener Straße, Schillerplatz, Allerstraße, Celler Straße and Lüneburger Straße. A construction company employee will also be on site to open the barrier if necessary, which is particularly important for emergency vehicles and buses.
Action in Eyßelheideweg
But there are not only changes on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße! The traffic situation on Eyßelheideweg is also turned upside down.
