The summer holidays are just around the corner in Lower Saxony and with them the perfect opportunity to make the most of public transport. The Braunschweig Region Transport Association (VRB) has prepared for the upcoming holidays and is offering a range of ticket options that are interesting not only for young people, but also for families and groups. This special card is aimed at people aged 20 and under and is valid from July 3rd to August 13th, 2025. You can use the card on all days of the week, including weekends, around the clock on buses, trams and regional trains throughout the VRB area. At a price of just 23.70 euros, this is an ideal option for exploring the area with friends or going on great day trips. Ticket offers for groups
If you are traveling with friends or family, you can also opt for the 5-person day tickets. These cards allow any number of trips in one day for up to five people. Within cities such as Braunschweig, Goslar and Wolfsburg, such a ticket costs 19.60 euros, and only 18.60 euros when purchased in advance in Braunschweig. For trips throughout the entire VRB area, the group will be asked to pay 48.20 euros, which for a maximum of five people amounts to just 9.64 euros per person.
