Osterholz-Takt: New mobility initiative for the district starts!
An exciting innovation in local public transport is imminent in the Osterholz district: The **Osterholz-Takt** will start on November 11, 2025. With the motto “**Every town – every hour**” the aim is to polish up regional connections and create more flexibility for passengers. The aim is to improve connections and ensure greater overall availability in local transport. “This is a real win for everyone!” were the initial reactions on site.
In this context, the **Verkehrsbund Bremen/Niedersachsen (VBN)** will tour the region with the **VBN-InfoMobil** between November 14th and 28th, 2025. - Freitag, 14. November: 10-12 Uhr, Schwanewede, Marktplatz
- Dienstag, 18. November: 9-13 Uhr, Hambergen, Parkplatz Edeka Sackmann
- Freitag, 21. November: 8-13 Uhr, Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Wochenmarkt
- Samstag, 22. November: 9-14 Uhr, Worpswede, Wochenmarkt
- Mittwoch, 26. November: 11-16 Uhr, Lilienthal, Parkplatz E-Center
- Freitag, 28. November: 8-13 Uhr, Ritterhude, Wochenmarkt
The **VBN mobility guarantee**, which benefits passengers, is also particularly interesting. Anyone who has a valid single or time ticket with the VBN tariff is protected in the event of delays or cancellations. Compensation of up to 50% of the ticket value can be charged, and even taxi costs of up to 25 euros will be reimbursed in the event of longer delays.
