Successful course for pedagogical cooperation in primary schools started!

In Lower Saxony there is great demand for qualified teaching staff in primary schools and, increasingly, in all-day schools. This is reflected in the successful completion of a special course that was recently completed at the Salzgitter Adult Education Center. The participants not only received valuable knowledge about pedagogy, methodology and didactics, but also practical experience in a 160-hour internship.

The eight-month course enabled the participants to expand their skills in communication and conversation management. This means they are ideally equipped to take on a wide range of tasks at schools, such as planning supplementary teaching offers, supervising classes in the event of substitution and providing support in everyday school life.
