Dart competition at TSV Jahn Westen: Bisons are looking for new talent!
The TSV Jahn Westen dart team “Bullseye Bisons” is urgently looking for new players and is laying the foundation for a very special sporting experience in our local area. As the District newspaper reports, the team is currently in first place in the West District League and offers an open invitation to anyone interested from a young age, regardless of gender. This is a great opportunity to try out and have fun in a friendly and motivating environment.
Training takes place every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the clubhouse and is open to both beginners and experienced players. The team currently consists of 15 active members, including one woman, and eight players are already taking part in point play in the West District League. “Concentrated, skillful and ambitious” – this is how division manager Lars Gotti describes the qualities that help you make progress in this fascinating sport. Anyone new to darts will receive special support from their more experienced teammates.
A lively place for everyone
The second chairman Michael Wolter emphasizes that darts is a successful addition to the club's offerings and contributes to the revitalization of the clubhouse. Recently, two new dart boards were stored in special cabinets, ensuring an ideal gaming experience. Around 3,500 euros were raised to purchase the equipment, which clearly shows how serious the club is about this area.
Another big supporter, Holger Koch from CMS-Group, contributed a generous donation of 700 euros to the purchase of uniform jerseys that not only send the team onto the field in style, but also strengthen team spirit. The shared experience of playing darts is rounded off by a professional and uniform appearance.
