A lot is happening in Wilhelmshaven! The Lions Club Wilhelmshaven-Jade has invested a total of 30,000 euros in 14 social projects for 2025. This initiative shows how important it is to support social institutions and programs in the region. The proceeds from the sale of the Advent calendar also go towards this donation amount and provide welcome help to various organizations.
The projects supported include both local and national initiatives. These include the Wilhelmshaven Tafel, which will be equipped with lockers, as well as the THW Jugend, which will be happy to receive tools and materials to promote youth. The Junge Landesbühne Nord, the Johanniter-Unfallhilfe and the support association of the Rheinstraße primary school, which provides teaching materials for the Wadden Sea visitor center, also benefit from the generous donations.
