The CHIO Aachen, the most famous equestrian sports tournament in the world, is once again drawing numerous visitors from all over the world to the Soers Showgrounds in its 2025 edition from June 27th to July 6th. Under the motto “The Champions of Tomorrow”, spectators will experience a spectacle that is second to none. Horse lovers and sports enthusiasts are guaranteed to get their money's worth here, because it's not for nothing that the tournament is considered the Wimbledon of equestrian sports Augsburger Allgemeine reported.
With around 350,000 expected visitors and over 360,000 fans making the pilgrimage to this event, the CHIO Aachen stands for sporting excellence and cultural diversity. The disciplines offered include jumping, dressage, eventing, four-in-hand driving and vaulting. A very special highlight is the Rolex Grand Prix, which is part of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, as in previous years. The program is packed with exciting competitions. The individual days in particular are well-stocked with events:

- 5. Juli 2025: Hier gibt es unter anderem das Finale des Sparkassen-Youngsters-Cups.
- 4. Juli 2025: Diverse Wettbewerbe im Springsport sowie der UBS-Cup stehen auf dem Programm.
- 3. Juli 2025: Die Zuschauer dürfen sich auf den Mercedes-Benz Nationenpreis freuen.
- 2. Juli 2025: Im Dressurreiten wird der Preis der VUV ausgetragen, während die Springreiter um den Preis der StädteRegion Aachen kämpfen.
- 1. Juli 2025: Ein festlicher Start mit dem STAWAG Eröffnungsspringen.
Supporting program and entertainment
But the tournament is not just a competition for the best, but also an event with a lot of entertainment for the visitors: a “Horse & Symphony” concert, an ecumenical service and Soers Sunday – an open day – conjure up a special atmosphere.
