Important changes in the official gazette: Wind energy and hunting regulations affected!

On July 15, 2025, the Coesfeld district's official gazette will be presented in its issue no. 18/2025 with numerous important announcements. Among other things, it involves changes to the statutes of the “Stever-Lüdinghausen” water and soil association and permits for wind turbines, which are intended to promote the expansion of renewable energies. The future of climate protection is clearly the focus.

One of the central announcements concerns the approval for two “Heidewind Senden” wind turbines at the Senden site and for four further “Osterbauer-Forsthövel” turbines at the Ascheberg site, which were approved in accordance with the regulations of the 9th BImSchV and the BImSchG. These measures are part of nationwide efforts to accelerate the use of renewable energy and achieve climate goals. The Bundestag also took a decisive step in this direction with the amendment to the Federal Immission Control Act on June 6, 2024. The aim of this amendment is to accelerate the approval process for emissions control law, which is particularly important for wind power projects, as the wind industry in Germany describes in detail.

News from Dülmen

In addition, the official gazette also contains relevant information from Dülmen. The right to object according to the Federal Registration Act is dealt with here and the annual financial statements for 2024 of the company-like institution “Property Management of the City of Dülmen” are announced. Furthermore, the 100th amendment to the land use plan for the “Paul Gerhardt School” area in Dülmen will be presented, and the development plan no. 250 “Paul Gerhardt School” will be approved.

The city of Dülmen is also planning preparatory work on route planning for the underground cable connection in Corridor B. These projects are in line with the efforts to create a sustainable infrastructure and stabilize the energy supply.

Business operations and energy financing

The Wirtschaftsbetriebe Kreis Coesfeld GmbH also report on their annual financial statements and management reports for the 2024 financial year. The Coesfeld District Society for the Promotion of Renewable Energies mbH has similar announcements that consolidate the financial basis for future projects in the field of renewable energies.

As part of the developments relating to pollution control, the Hessian Environment Agency is presenting a new guideline for chimney height calculation in a current publication, which addresses the needs of modern energy systems. hlnug has published this guide as a valuable source of technical knowledge, which, however, also requires coordination with the responsible authority.

In summary, the current status in the Coesfeld district shows that the expansion of renewable energies and the planning of infrastructure projects are not only in the interest of climate protection, but can also provide significant impetus for the local economy. The developments remain exciting - and we can look forward to seeing how these initiatives will impact future energy supply and regional development.
