In Hamm-Osten people are looking forward to the future Ostenallee district, which will take a significant step into the future with the laying of the foundation stone on September 14, 2025. Mayor Marc Herter placed the symbolic first stone on the property at Ostenallee 122. Not only 24 barrier-free apartments will be built here by 2027, but also a daycare center and a bakery that will strengthen the sense of community in the neighborhood. A total of 32 children from four months to six years can be cared for here in two groups.
