Neheim Live: Three days full of music and fun in the city center!

In just a few days the time has come: from June 27th to 29th, 2025, the city center of Neheim will be transformed into a colorful festival area again. The “Neheim Live” festival promises not only three days of entertainment, but also a real community experience for the whole family. The event is organized by Aktives Neheim under the direction of city marketing manager Tatjana Schefers. Anyone who enjoys live music, culinary highlights and hands-on activities will definitely get their money's worth here. Sauerland courier reports that the preparations are already in full swing.

The program is extremely diverse and has something to offer for all ages. The celebration begins on Friday with the “Bunten Meile”, which leads from Bexleypatz to Mendener Straße. Here you can not only admire the showmen, but also take part in a variety of hands-on activities. The stage program starts at 7 p.m. and will be opened by talented musicians from the Audiofloor Music School. In the evening it will be “stage clear” for the regional bands “Westphalia” and “Orange Gold”, who will delight the audience with their performances.

A varied Saturday

Saturday is all about the weekly market in the pedestrian zone. Here everyone will find something to their taste, from creative stations to various food offerings. During the family day until 8 p.m., the little ones can let out their energy at the hands-on stands. And the highlight of the evening: The Queen tribute band “The Queen Kings” will perform the masterpieces of the legendary rock band at 9:30 p.m.

A very special treat awaits visitors on Sunday: from 12 p.m. the “Breylske Big Band” from Brilon will provide great music during the morning pint. The shops in Neheim open from 1 p.m. until dusk, making Sunday a perfect day for all shopping enthusiasts. The international artist group “UIiK Robotik” will also amaze people with their impressive performances on this day.

Safe festive fun

To guarantee a trouble-free festival, there is a well thought-out security concept. The main street and market will be closed to traffic on Friday and Saturday and the central events area will be fenced off. The main entrance to the festival is at the savings bank side, where strict controls also take place. A symbolic entry fee of 2 euros is charged, while children under 10 can enter for free when accompanied by an adult. In addition, all visitors are asked not to bring drinks with them and there is no purchase and deposit system for festival mugs.
