A tragic incident occurred on Friday, October 3, in Halle (Westf.). A 58-year-old woman, who was traveling with an e-bike, fell through the confluence with a gartnish way and contracted serious injuries. The police report that the woman was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. It is currently still unclear whether she was actually sitting on the bike or was shoving it.
