Recently, twelve graduates of the “Responsible Nursing Specialist” training course were certified as new managers at a ceremony at AGewiS in Gummersbach. These fresh graduates not only bring new energy, but also lots of innovative ideas and concepts that they developed during their further training. In her speech, Nina Broich-Glagow, the AGewiS seminar leader, emphasized the enormous increase in knowledge and personal development of the participants.
