Dog lovers thrilled: Fourth Bello Dog Day in Dorsten shines!

The fourth Bello Dog Day, which is very popular in the dog world of North Rhine-Westphalia, took place on June 15, 2025 in the CreativQuartier Fürst Leopold in Dorsten. With over 85 stands presenting innovative products and creative ideas related to man's best friend, the event attracted numerous dog lovers. This fair, which by Trade fair info described as one of the most important dog fairs in the region, ran from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offered all kinds of experiences for two- and four-legged friends.

Organizer Anika Zinke was completely enthusiastic about the great response and the pleasant atmosphere, which enabled visitors to have a relaxed tour. “The variety of offerings speaks for itself,” says Zinke. From the sustainable dog toys from “Redoggo” to the unique silver dog snout prints offered by the goldsmith Sojka, there was something for every taste.

A colorful program for dog fans

Visitors not only had the opportunity to browse the stands, but were also able to actively participate in hands-on activities, workshops and lectures. One of the highlights was a talent show for dogs that took place between 2:15 and 3 p.m. Here the animal participants showed what they can do. Lectures on first aid for dogs and mantrailing were just as popular as the interactive demonstrations that captivated the audience.

Another aspect of Bello Dog Day was the commitment to animal welfare. Organizations like “A Whole Paw e.V.” and “Happy Trails Brasov” were represented with information stands and presented visitors with the opportunity to adopt animals. Such offers are part of the concept Dorsten Online describes as an impression of the overall package that the day offers for dog fans.

A location with history meets modern infrastructure

The choice of venue, the CreativQuartier Fürst Leopold, is not only ideal due to the historic architecture, but also offers a modern infrastructure with dining options and barrier-free access. The Bello Dog Day is not only an attraction for hobby owners and professionals, but also attracts interested parties from the surrounding cities. Dogs allowed highlights that such events take place regularly in many large cities in Germany, including Cologne.

For all dog fans who missed this year's Bello Dog Day, there is no reason to be sad: the three-dimensional world of experience for our four-legged friends is entering the next round, and it will certainly be full of new ideas and surprises.
