Dormagen receives 34 million euros: a windfall for the city!
The city of Dormagen can be happy because it will receive a significant financial injection next year. Around 26 million euros from the “North Rhine-Westphalia Plan for Good Infrastructure” will flow into the city's coffers. In addition, there will be 34.32 million euros from the Municipal Financing Act (GFG) for 2026. This is a small increase compared to the previously forecast 33.23 million euros, and compared to the previous year, when Dormagen only received 23.91 million euros in 2025, this is real progress.
