The Ahr Valley in Rhineland-Palatinate has managed to win a place in the hearts of travelers and graces the list of the best travel destinations for 2025, chosen by the British travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler. What makes the Ahr Valley so special? After the devastating floods in July 2021, in which 135 people lost their lives and the region was severely affected, residents demonstrated their resilience.
