An exciting event is coming up in Neustadt an der Weinstraße: The “Volt” party invites you to a city tour that begins on Friday, November 14th, from 4 p.m. The aim is to highlight missed opportunities and the city's historical decisions. The aim of the event is to spark stimulating discussions and to actively involve citizens in shaping the future of Neustadt. Participation in the tour is free and the meeting point will be announced after prior registration. Those interested can contact by email sascha.ruffer@volteuropa.org register. This is a great opportunity for everyone who wants to learn more about the history of their homeland and get involved in journalism.

But that's not all that Neustadt has to offer. In addition to the “Volt” tour, there are also regular guided tours through the historic old town, which have attracted numerous visitors until July 15, 2023. These tours, which are led by a trained tour guide, last about two hours and are characterized by exciting insights into the city's history, visits to half-timbered houses and the Gothic collegiate church as well as the historic market square. Adults pay 8 euros, children 4 euros, although participation is free for Pfalzcard guests. These events can be experienced every Wednesday and Saturday from April to October.
