Summer festival in Mittelbach: pony rides, live band and more await you!
In the next few days, the farm near Zweibrücken-Mittelbach will be the scene of a happy summer festival.
On Saturday, July 19th, the Reit- und Sportgemeinschaft (RSG) Rectalerhof invites you to a colorful program that will delight families and horse lovers alike. From 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. there is a children's program with pony rides, crafts and face painting. The band will be there from 8 p.mJust Crazy Boysfor musical entertainment, and Sven Blinn, the second chairman of the RSG, will also be on stage.
A shared experience with no entry fees! Various food and drinks are also offered during the festival, so no one has to go home hungry or thirsty. The RSG has set itself the goal of not only promoting sporting activities, but also enabling contact with horses for people who otherwise would not have the opportunity to do so. These include, among other things, visits to retirement homes, kindergartens and facilities for autistic children, as rheinpfalz.de reports.
Volunteering
The voluntary commitment of the members of the RSG is particularly noteworthy. All of the club's activities are organized free of charge and with a lot of passion. This voluntary commitment is essential for the club's work, as it enables the clubs to pursue their social and sporting goals without getting into economic difficulties. As can be read on pferd-aktuell.de, the commitment also promotes contacts between members and enables the use of organizational skills: “Volunteers take responsibility and have a say in decisions.”
The RSGrechnertalerhof is an example of how joint commitment not only strengthens the club culture, but also represents a valuable enrichment for the community. The association offers a wide range of opportunities for those interested to get involved - be it by planning events or supporting smaller tasks. The time required for such activities varies, and the RSG invites anyone who would like to get involved to clarify their availability in advance.
So mark July 19th and spend a fun afternoon and evening at the RSG Summer Festival. The organizers certainly have a good knack for putting together a nice event for everyone.
