Vauban-Insel, Saarlouis, Deutschland - A mild summer evening on the Vauban Island in Saarlouis will become a concert spectacle from today! The event, which bears the name "Acoustic Island", starts today and runs until Saturday, from 8 p.m. In this series, free outdoor concerts are offered, visitors: take the world into the world of acoustic music. The exact names of the artists that occur are kept secret, but the anticipation for the musical performances is great. The Gudd Gess 2.0 team ensures the meals on site, so that nobody has to stay hungry.

The new season on the Vauban Island is particularly exciting, because the beer garden of the historic fortress becomes the setting for numerous musical highlights. The acoustics trio "Acoustic Mealtime" starts with folk, singer-songwriter and pop rock hits from the 1960s to this day. For the first event, two-part vocals and Cajon percussion are firmly planned, which will make the evening particularly atmospheric. In the following days, guests can look forward to the acoustic duo "2-Sam", which will present a successful mix of soul, pop and rock.

The concert program of the Vauban Island has more to offer: On July 8, a cooperation with KommKultur e.V. is on the plan in which the duo Jomila appears with a mixture of jazz, pop and radio. Another highlight are the Chanson days on June 30th and July 1st, in which well-known artists such as the Chanson prize wearer Vanille and the experienced musician Didier Sustrac will be on stage. The organizer and guests agree: The Vauban Island will also be a place for unforgettable music moments this season.
