Seebrückenfest 2025: Local art and events promise a summer highlight!

It will soon be summery in picturesque Schönberg, because the annual pier festival is just around the corner! From theJuly 18-20, 2025the area around the pier becomes a scene full of fun and entertainment. Organized by Stephanie and Felix Franke in collaboration with the Schönberg community, the festival promises to be a highlight for young and old.

Particular attention is paid to the new festival poster, created by the talented watercolor artist Aleksandra Grzelka-Franke from Krokow was designed. Your motif from a bird's eye view shows the pier on Schönberger Strand in summery colors such as sand, turquoise and sea green. Detailed scenes of boats, bathers and parasols awaken the anticipation of an exuberant summer. The poster is a visible symbol of the connection between art and regional customs.

Cultural highlights in the Sconeberg art space

The official presentation of the poster motif will take place onJuly 19, 2025in the Sconeberg Art Space instead of. From 11 a.m. the artist will present both the poster and her new collection. And that's not all: from now onJuly 20thThe photo exhibition “Land am Rand” by Christoph Corves opens in the Probstei Museum Schönberg. This exciting show shows portraits of the provost and adjacent landscapes, supplemented by text passages from a travel report by J. Taillefas from 1817.

The opening will take place on July 20th at 3 p.m. and will feature talks between Christoph Corves and Bernd-Günther Nahm, which are a must for anyone interested in art. The exhibition will run untilOctober 26th**can be seen, so plenty of time to visit the eye-catchers!

A celebration for the whole family

The Pier Festival will once again be a children's paradise this year. There will be one on Saturday and SundayAction Mileunder the motto “Treasure Island”. There, little visitors can look forward to play stations, treasure hunts and unforgettable experiences with giant tortoises. Piet Rocket, among others, will provide musical entertainment with participatory songs.

But the adults don't miss out either: On Friday, the Schönberger Choral Society Eintracht opens the festival, before the party atmosphere with Boerney & the Tri Tops and the cult band Tiffany ensures a real party mood in the evening. On Saturday evening there will also be an impressive fireworks display, which will bring the festival to a grand finale.

A new highlight is the free tourist train that runs between Holm and Schönberger Strand. Stops include the Baltic Sea Clinic and the California Tourist Service, which makes the journey even more pleasant.

The Pier Festival has developed into an event firmly anchored in the region's calendar. It's the perfect place to unwind and celebrate community. And don't forget: The local catering industry is happy about your active support so that the festival can continue to be a complete success!
