Despite the unsuccessful arrest, the police were able to locate the man at his home address that same evening. As a result, several criminal proceedings were initiated against him and his car was confiscated at the request of the Kempten public prosecutor's office. For the investigation, the officers have access to both witness statements and video recordings from the parking garage. These could be crucial in order to accurately reconstruct the course of events, since the getaway driver is a public figure from the music industry, as Allgäuer Zeitung reports.
