The guided relaxation exercise begins at 5 p.m. in the Oststadt district and family center at Grimmelshausenstrasse 30. This event promises moments of peace and deceleration for all participants.
During the dream trip, a story is read out loud, which aims to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere. To make the experience as comfortable as possible, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a pillow, and a blanket. Equipped like this, you can forget the worries of everyday life for a while and simply relax.
