A frightening traffic accident occurred this morning on the A8 near Karlsruhe. Shortly after 4:56 a.m., in the direction of Stuttgart, a van collided with the trailer of a truck. The cause of the impact remains unclear, but four occupants of the van, aged between 38 and 71, suffered minor injuries. The truck's trailer, loaded with several tons of sand, was initially blocked, but was repaired and driven away.
