Kizomba – A dance with history
But what exactly is Kizomba? This wonderful dance originally comes from Angola and has developed since the late 1980s. Loud Momento Cubano Kizomba combines influences of Caribbean Zouk with traditional Angolan music, resulting in a unique experience. In recent years, this dance has also gained popularity in Europe, especially in Germany, and gives parties and dance events a special flair.
The courses in Konstanz offer a great introduction to this passionate dance, which is often referred to as the “Tango of Angola”. The similarities in leadership with tango are unmistakable, but the African origins ensure its own unique movements and dynamics.
