The air smells of change in the Lörrach region! Fresh from the district office there is the good news that the pollution control permit for the Zeller Blauen wind farm has been granted. This latest project is operated by Windpark Zeller Blauen GmbH & Co. KG from Schönau and promises a breath of fresh air in the energy transition. Each of the new wind turbines is stately with a total height of 261 meters and a hub height of 175 meters. Comprehensive tests and specifications
Throughout the entire approval process, all possible impacts on people, nature and the environment were thoroughly examined. Aspects such as noise protection, shadows and ground and drinking water protection were strictly taken into account. The operating company is also obliged to make compensation payments to the Baden-Württemberg Nature Conservation Fund. This is an important step not only to preserve biodiversity in the region, but also to actively support it.
There will be a separate procedure in connection with access to the wind farm Wind/solar specialist agency notes. Financial security for the later dismantling of the systems must also be deposited. It is therefore clear that the concerns of the environment and local residents are the focus here, and the authorities promise to closely support the implementation.
Construction time and insight into the approval notice
After receiving the approval notice, construction work can begin within three years. From September 9th, interested parties have the opportunity to view the complete decision online until September 23rd, 2025. It can also be viewed at the Lörrach district office.
