Special train to Mannheim: 520 tickets sold and new jerseys available!

The special train for the eagerly awaited Mannheim Eagles game has finally got underway. Today, October 25, 2025, 520 tickets have already been sold, which clearly shows the anticipation among the fans. The tickets can be purchased via the etix platform, where an exclusive special train jersey is also available, which is being offered for the first time in the train's history. For €49.90 there is not only the jersey, but also a stylish scarf, which can be pre-ordered online until November 12, 2025.

But that's not all! The jerseys and scarves will be handed out in the hall or directly on the train on December 26th and 28th at the earliest. So that fans don't have to forego their physical well-being during the journey, food vouchers will also be available on or on the train. Important information: Glass bottles are strictly prohibited on the train to ensure safety.

Departure times and security

The exact departure times will be announced together with the final seating plan. Fans should note that the departure to Mannheim must be adhered to. Entertainment is provided by the two party cars located in the middle of the train, equipped with a bar and a DJ to lighten the mood.

But safety is also taken into account! Each participant will have an assigned seat and there will be security on board to check tickets. The Red Cross will also be on site with a team. To protect participants, it is strongly recommended that they leave valuables at home, as no liability can be accepted for lost items.

Tickets and arrival

The tickets can be picked up at several Mannheimer Adler home games. More specifically, fans can pick up their tickets at the fan stand in the arena at the following games:

• Mittwoch, 19. Februar 2025 gegen Wolfsburg
• Sonntag, 23. Februar 2025 gegen Straubing
• Donnerstag, 27. Februar 2025 gegen Iserlohn

If you would like to pick up your tickets early, you can do so at the fan office (Helmertstraße 4-6, 68219 Mannheim) on Saturday, February 1, 2025 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The following is planned for the outbound journey: The departure will be at 12:01 p.m. at Mannheim Central Station from platform 8, with an arrival in Munich at 4:59 p.m. on platform 12. The return journey will start at 11:10 p.m., the exact platforms will be announced later.

A tip for getting there: Various public transport options are available at the main train station to get to the arena. Tram lines 20 and 21 as well as the U1 are a good choice here. Admission to the arena is via entrance “E2”, and there is free seating for standing blocks. The seats, on the other hand, are assigned in blocks 109 and 110, although only cashless payments are possible in the SAP Garden.
