Ravensburg celebrates shooting festival: 5:1 against Reichersbeuern!
The ice hockey season is in full swing and EV Ravensburg 1b is causing a stir in the Bavarian state league. On November 5, 2025, the team celebrated an impressive home win against SC Reichersbeuren 5-1, which was their fourth home win of the current season. In the game, which was characterized by thrilling moments, Mikulic gave Ravensburger the lead in the 19th minute, assisted by Mezler and Bergen. And that was just the beginning!
The Ravensburgers showed strong in the first third, while goalkeeper Davis Zvejnieks thwarted some of the visitors' dangerous chances. In the second third, Mezler followed up in the 30th minute and increased the score to 2-0. Huber von Reichersbeuren made people sit up and take notice with a power play goal in the 32nd minute, but Ravensburg were undeterred. An own goal after a shot from Böhm gave Ravensburger a 3-1 lead in the 34th minute, followed by Bergen (48th minute) and Gutekunst, who hit the empty goal in the 59th minute.
Defeat against Pfronten
But not everything was glitz and glory for the EVR. In the second game of the weekend they suffered a bitter defeat against the Pfronten Falcons, which ended 2-3. After a goalless first third, Gutekunst gave Ravensburg the lead in the 36th minute, but Pfronten quickly turned the game around: Stipek scored three goals in the 41st and 44th minutes, while Matis equalized in the 50th minute. However, it was Stipek who secured the victory for Pfronten in the 59th minute.
A look at the table
After these games, EV Ravensburg 1b is currently in fourth place in Group A of the Bavarian Ice Hockey State League. The table shows that the Ravensburgers are quite competitive with 14 points from 5 games, but are behind the Wanderers Germering and the Pfronten Falcons. The team currently has a positive goal record of +18, which proves their offense, while the defense still has room for improvement with -14 goals.

In the next game on November 9th, 2025 they will meet the Lechbruck Flößer and thus have the opportunity to consolidate their position in the table. The Ravensburgers have proven that they can keep up with the best, but in order to stay in the top group, consistency throughout the season is crucial. It remains exciting!
