Soubeyras becomes King of Stuttgart: Triumph in a thrilling finale!
On Saturday, November 8th, 2025, an exciting chapter in the world of Supercross emerged in the Schleyer Hall in Stuttgart. Cedric Soubeyras from France secured the title of “King of Stuttgart” in the SX1 class with an impressive performance. In an exciting finale, Soubeyras prevailed against the competition on his Honda and thus sent a clear signal for the coming season.
But the path to victory was anything but easy. On Friday, Soubeyras took third place behind Australia's Luke Clout, who shone on his Kawasaki. However, Soubeyras showed his strength in the heats on Saturday by winning the first heat ahead of Mitchell Oldenburg of the USA, riding for Beta. Clout, however, kept the upper hand in the second heat. For the German drivers in the SX1 class, the repechage race was the last resort; Maximilian Spies managed to win this and thus secure a place in the final after missing out on a direct place in the final in the time trial. Max Spies ultimately achieved 7th place in the final, while his compatriot Paul Haberland and Nico Koch unfortunately couldn't make it to the final.
