A breath of fresh air at the Jusos Tuttlingen: New board elected!

The Jusos in the Tuttlingen district recently held their annual general meeting in the popular Felsen at Stuttgarter Str. 8 and provided many new, exciting ideas. As the Swabian reported, a new statute was unanimously approved during the meeting and the entire district board was re-elected.

In his new role as chairman, Fabian Riedel is pleased with the breath of fresh air that the Jusos want to bring to Tuttlingen with new ideas and actions. The event was supported by, among others, Gasan Gusejnov from Freiburg and Tiark Tiwary, the district chairman of the Lake Constance district. Christine Treublut, the SPD district chairwoman and state parliament candidate, also insisted on wishing the new board every success.

New leaders with fresh ideas

The newly elected board is committed to involving young people in political work. Mario Caraggiu took over the role of deputy chairman, while Irene Hermle was elected as an assessor to the district board. With these new faces at the top, the Jusos plan to promote political participation among young people in Tuttlingen.

In addition, Riedel was elected as a delegate for the upcoming state delegate conference, which will take place in Aalen on July 19th and 20th. At this conference not only will the election of the new state executive board be held, but also numerous substantive debates that will be crucial for the political direction of the Jusos.

Results of the state delegate conference

There are rosy prospects not only for Tuttlingen, but also for State delegate conference of the Jusos Baden-Württemberg, which took place on October 1st and 2nd in Friedrichshafen, a new course was taken. Marius Kipfmüller, the local chairman, noted the relevance of social media for political work and highlighted the positive feedback on the state association's current videos.

A total of 150 delegates took part, who not only discussed the importance of social networks, but also pointed out the urgency of rejuvenating local associations - especially with a view to the upcoming local elections.

Off to new shores

In a big political year, the Jusos Baden-Württemberg are facing many challenges. As the Jusos BW announce that Daniel Krusic has been elected as the new state chairman. Under the motto “Our association is our home”, the Jusos call for young, social democratic voices in the Bundestag and are strongly committed to issues such as equal opportunities, digitalization and a humane asylum policy.

With a clear course and a motivated board, the Jusos in Tuttlingen and beyond have many plans to mobilize young people politically and actively involve them in shaping their future. A strong sign of youth engagement in politics!
