Background information
Menopause can be accompanied by a variety of side effects, such as digestive problems, dizziness, hot flashes and mood swings. These challenges can have a major impact on the quality of life. It is all the more important not to go through these changes alone. In an earlier online lecture on February 4, 2025, Susanne Liedtke, graduate ecotrophologist and founder of the NOBODYTOLDME platform, shed light on the topic and gave valuable tips on how to make this time more positive and gave women the opportunity to ask questions.
In addition, the DAK is planning further content about menopause, including interviews with hormone expert Dr. Katrin Schaudig and nutritional tips from Susanne Liedtke to offer women the support they need to feel comfortable in their bodies.
Take advantage of the opportunity and find out how you can actively manage your health during menopause. Participation is easy, informative and, above all, free - an opportunity you shouldn't miss!
