In the municipality of Chau Thoi, the groundbreaking ceremony marked a significant step towards social housing. In Phong Hiep, the construction of safe and stable housing for these families is being accelerated.
The efforts continue: young people from Vinh Trach are helping to remove makeshift and dilapidated housing. In the neighboring municipality of Ninh Thanh Loi, there are over 463 political families, of which more than 200 receive regular support. These comprehensive preferential regulations were introduced to significantly improve the lives of political families.
Support programs and progress
A specially created program promotes housing construction for people with revolutionary commitment. 80 families are dependent on support, while 67 new houses have already been built. The goal for the remaining 13 houses was to complete them by July 27, 2025.
An outstanding example is the case of Mr. Le Van Ut, a disabled soldier who received VND 60 million to build his gratitude house. The deputy chairman of the People's Committee, Mr. Le Van Dang, emphasizes the consistent implementation of the guidelines for the construction and renovation of these important residential projects.
