A very special anniversary is being celebrated in Erding: Huber Technik turns 100 this year. Founded in 1925 by Therese and Anton Huber, the company started as a small rental car business on Reitzenbachstrasse, where the Rätschenbach runs today. Huber Technik has now developed into an internationally respected manufacturer of rubber products and conveyor systems that is firmly rooted in the region. The family business currently employs around 110 people and remains at the location in Erding, where production takes place on Robert-Bosch-Straße. Huber Technik's core business includes durable rubber floors for cattle stables as well as individually planned conveyor systems that are used in a variety of industries - including recycling, the food industry and even airports. Strong female leadership
What is particularly noteworthy is the fact that Huber Technik is led by women in leading positions. As managing director, Heidi Huber-Kamm herself plays a significant role in the company's management. Her daughters Veronika (31) and Johanna (29) also work in the management. While Veronika takes care of production, personnel and accounting, Johanna is responsible for conveyor systems, contracts and IT. How South Germans reported that there was no pressure to join the family business; the son has decided on a different career path.
