Young talents in the Frauenkircherl: Art exhibition inspires Erding!

The Frauenkircherl in Erding is currently becoming a hotspot of the art scene. On the occasion of the exhibition "Junge Kunst", which opened on October 3, 2025 with a solemn vernissage, emerging artists present their works to a wide audience. The event runs until October 12, 2025 and is very popular. Art lovers can watch the works every day between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. - admission is free!

At the vernissage there was not only art to admire, but also an appealing supporting program. DJ Industrial Manner provided the background music and created a relaxed atmosphere. The buffet, which was also compiled by the young artists themselves, was particularly stuck - a real enjoyment that also reflected the creativity of the participants at the culinary level. The laudation for the exhibition was held by Petra Borgolte-Faupel, which, based on Michelangelo, emphasized how important it was to promote hidden talents in the district.

Creativity without specifications

The exhibition is a platform for young artists who were able to submit up to five works from various areas of the visual art. "There is no defined topic that the artists could develop their creativity without specifications," reports ed-live.de. The attraction of this exhibition lies in the variety of works shown, all of which fit into the Frauenkircherl and are manageable.

A special highlight takes place on the last day of the exhibition. There the audience prices are awarded, which are determined by “likes” on Instagram. The winners can look forward to prices of 100 euros for the first, 75 euros for the second and 50 euros for third place. This creative interaction not only increases interest, but also actively involves the audience in the selection process.

Call to search for talents

With the exhibition "Junge Kunst", the Kunstverein Erding pursues the goal of discovering and promoting young talents. The call in the media for submission was remarkably well received, and on October 2, 2025, the delivery day, the works of the fourteen participating artists could be brought to the Frauenkirch. Before that, all artists had to send a photo of their works by email to the art association by September 22, 2025. In addition to the picture, the title, name of the artist and the size of the work were also to be specified in the email.

With this exhibition, the Kunstverein Erding is not only a platform for exhibiting, but also an important engine for the promotion of young artists in the district. So it becomes clear once again how alive and complex the art scene in Erding is. Until October 12th, all those interested in art have the opportunity to look at the works of the new generation and possibly become part of the jury.
