The glasses clinked in Neufang today – and for good reason! The Neufang kindergarten support association celebrated 50 years of dedicated work for the local children with a festive award. Founded in 1975, the association's goal was clear: a daycare center should be built in the town in order to ensure that the children are cared for. What started as an idea has developed into an important part of social life in the community np-coburg reported.
On the occasion of the anniversary, the founding members and loyal supporters of the club, who have been there from the beginning, were duly honored. Among those present were Father Helmut Hagen, the deputy district administrator, as well as Mayor Gerhard Wunder and chairwoman Petra Hofmann. They all praised the voluntary work that has helped to significantly improve education and care options for children in Neufang.
A successful foundation
50 years ago, committed citizens stood up for the needs of young people, and this vision continues to bear fruit today. The kindergarten is not only a safe place for the little ones, but also a social meeting place that allows parents to exchange ideas and network with one another.
