FC Mühldorf starts rebuilding: 9 strong new additions after relegation!

FC Mühldorf has really caught the fever! After relegation to A-Class 4, the club is setting a new course and is attacking with fresh momentum. Nine new additions have been signed and the goal is clear: the age structure of the squad should be improved and experienced players should be integrated. With an average age of 23, Mühldorf was one of the youngest teams in the league last season. This should now change in order to be competitive in the coming season.

The club pays particular attention to youth. The A-youth will train continuously with the men to make the transition to the men's area easier for the young players. The coaching team, consisting of Andreas Pettinger and Mario Gollnick, had already committed to the new season before the relegation and is optimistic about the future.

New arrivals and important departures

The new additions are a real asset that Mühldorf can use: Ivan Pete and Marius Bindiu both come from VfL Waldkraiburg, where they gained district and state league experience. Can Kök (SV Schwindegg), Ali Aashour (SV Mettenheim) and Oliver Kis (FC Töging II) are also moving to Mühldorf. Burak Bayhan and Ismar Ibrahimovic should also strengthen the offensive. The club thus offers an attractive package of talent and experience to successfully compete in the next season.

Unfortunately, the club also has some departures. Goalkeeper Tobias Kriwet is moving to TSV Reischach, and Tobias Hofer is moving to TSV Vilsbiburg in the Lower Bavaria district league. Stefan Schröder moves to SV Haiming, while Josef Wiedl ends his career due to injury. A tough cut, but the new players bring a breath of fresh air.

The start of training and outlook

The start of training recently took place in Mößling with 56 players from the men's and A-youth divisions. The anticipation for the first match day on July 11, 2025 is literally palpable. The newly supported team will do everything they can to aim for promotion again and delight the fans with spectacular football.

The lively hustle and bustle of club changes in amateur football begins in the summer. The first transfer period runs until the end of August, and de-registration for club changes must be made by June 30th. FC Mühldorf seems to be doing everything right and is well positioned for the challenges ahead. It will be exciting to see how the newly formed team will perform in Class A 4!
