St. Martin's Markets 2025: Celebrate autumn with punch and treats!

St. Martin's Day is just around the corner, and that means that the popular Martini markets in the region around Cologne will soon be inviting you to stroll and enjoy. From November 8, 2025, visitors can look forward to numerous market stalls that offer everything that makes your heart beat faster in autumn. As the NN reports, delicious treats such as roasted almonds, gingerbread and warm punch are offered at the stands. You can also find handmade wool socks, homemade jams and all sorts of lovingly knitted accessories. These traditional markets are the perfect opportunity to take an autumnal stroll through the city center with friends and family.

In Nuremberg, the Martinimarkt starts on Leonhard-Übler Platz on November 8th between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Another highlight are the markets in the craft museum “22 20 18” on November 15th and 16th, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Here visitors can expect an exciting mix of art, craftsmanship and enjoyment. But that's not all! From November 13th, citizens can look forward to the GOHO HOHO Advent magic in Gostenhof, while the market in Neumarkt opens its doors on November 9th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Variety of martini markets

Each market has its own charming flair. There will be a market in Neustadt/Aisch on November 9th, which will also be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In Bad Windsheim, the old town invites you to browse on the same day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The market in Roßtal opens its doors on November 8th from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., while in Herzogenaurach the events can be admired from November 7th to 10th. The offers are as diverse as the regions themselves!

But that's not all: On November 11th, the city center in Altdorf will be the setting for a festive Martini market, which opens its doors from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offers many culinary specialties and autumn products. Diversity is very important this time of year!

Autumn market in Nuremberg

The autumn market in Nuremberg, which takes place at the main market from September 18th to October 5th, 2025, provides additional flair. Here, visitors can stroll through the streets amidst around 90 stalls and marvel at a variety of arts and crafts, household goods and clothing. Culinary delicacies such as Franconian Federweißer and freshly baked onion cake invite you to linger. A special highlight are the three new pop-up stands, which offer products from creative minds - from individual design pieces to upcycled jewelry and art prints.
