A turbulent evening

At the beginning of the events, counter-demonstrators lit flares and attached banners to the union hall. The police also had to initiate several investigations, primarily into assault, theft and violations of the Bavarian Assembly Act. Ultimately, the protests ended around 9:15 p.m. without any major incidents. A significant deployment of forces was on site, including the Nuremberg-Mitte police station and other support units, all working hand in hand to ensure security.
