The journey started with a stopover in Altötting, where the impressive basilica of the pilgrimage town gave a first impression of the cultural diversity of the region. First day in Passau: old town and boat trip
The first day in Passau began with a highlight: a visit to the viewing platform of the Veste Oberhaus. From there, travelers had a fantastic view of the entire city. Afterwards, a varied three-river boat trip was on the agenda, which brought us closer to the region from the water. The old town with its numerous alleys, cafés and shops was also explored in detail. The day ended with a musical evening with Max, who entertained the participants in a friendly atmosphere.
A trip to the Arber region
On the second day, the excursion took the group to the idyllic Arber region. Here travelers could stop at Arbersee, a picturesque mountain lake, and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Another stop was the glass village of Arnbruck, which is known for its impressive glassblowing art and amazed visitors. So the cultural aspect of the trip was not neglected.
