Something is happening in the city center in Rosenheim! The main and finance committee has decided to renovate the ticket center on Stollstrasse and turn it into modern public toilet facilities. The city wants to significantly improve the sanitary conditions at the bus station. The work is expected to be completed by 2027, while the total cost of this project is estimated at around 950,000 euros. This information has Radio Charivari compiled.
The new toilet facilities will be equipped with a variety of amenities. Not only toilet rooms and lockers are planned, but also video surveillance at the entrance and a modern payment system. Use of the toilets will be chargeable, with opening times from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with possible exceptions during events such as the Autumn Festival or the Christmas Market.

The participating businesses are compensated by the city for the effort and receive a special sticker with the note “Nice Toilet” for their shop windows.
