Next Saturday, July 19, 2025, the Brombachsee in Enderndorf will be the scene of a real musical fireworks display. As part of the “Lieder am See” festival, the legendary shock rocker Alice Cooper take the stage at 10:15 p.m. The now 76-year-old musician has made a name for himself, not only for his music, but also for his spectacular stage shows, which will surprise fans again this time. Cooper is considered the inventor of shock rock and was rightly inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
But Alice Cooper is not the only star who awaits visitors. The second main act will be the band Fury in the Slaughterhouse appear. Known for their hits like “Radio Orchid” and “Every Generation Got Its Own Disease”, they promise to be another highlight of the festival. Other bands already confirmed include Mother's Finest, Michael Schenker, Slade and Birth Control.
Tickets and arrival
Passionate festival visitors can secure tickets in advance for just 125 euros. These are available at the offices of the Nürnberger Presse publishing house by calling 0911 216-2777 Eventim (plus processing fee) and at the Concertbüro Franken. If you want to experience the event live, you should hurry up because demand is high.
There are over 1,000 parking spaces available for a fee in Enderndorf for your journey. Alternatively, you can easily travel by public transport: simply take the S-Bahn to Roth and then the regional bus 609 to Enderndorf. So nothing stands in the way of a carefree visit to the festival.
Camping and equipment
There are various options for overnight stays. A meadow area for short-term guests is located about 500 meters from the festival site. Sanitary facilities are available, but no showers. For those who would like to stay longer, regular campsites are available in Langlau, Absberg and Pleinfeld. Motorhome parking spaces are also available in Enderndorf and cost 20 euros per night.
The event area also offers numerous amenities such as a sandy beach, sunbathing lawns, volleyball fields as well as a beer garden and sanitary facilities. A perfect place to enjoy the sun and celebrate the music - a real feast for the senses!
In recent years, visitors have been able to experience some top-class acts, including Suzi Quatro, Europe and Manfred Mann's Earth Band. This year’s edition of “Lieder am See” also promises to be an unforgettable experience.
