Local council stops building plans: No apartments allowed in Perading!
There was a lot of excitement in the small community of Seeon-Seebruck yesterday when the local council unanimously rejected a building application for a two-family house in Perading. The applicant's project, which wanted to implement a new development in a rural area, encountered unexpected hurdles. According to bgland24, building outside is only permitted in exceptional cases. The local council justified the decision by saying that the area was designated as agricultural in the land use plan and that development in this form would lead to an undesirable fragmented settlement.
Finally, the Building Code sets clear limits: exceptions can only be granted in certain cases, and these did not apply in this specific case. The Traunstein district office also made it clear that there is no prospect of individual development in the hamlet. These decisions round off a stringent urban development plan that is intended to protect the rural structure.
New focus on renewable energy
The planned PV system on 3.4 hectares is intended to supply electricity for around 1,000 three-person households and sets another example for the increased use of renewable energies in the region. This not only makes a contribution to climate protection, but also secures the local energy supply.
