The wait is over! On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the largest job and training fair in the history of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district will open its doors in Loop5 in Weiterstadt. From 10 a.m. over 70 companies will be presenting, including well-known employers such as Deutsche Bahn AG, DHL, Segmüller and many others. The fair will be open until 4 p.m. and offers both job center customers and the general public the opportunity to find out about current job offers.
The trade fair is organized in close cooperation between the Darmstadt-Dieburg district and the Loop5 shopping center. Particularly noteworthy is the invitation to 4,500 customers of the Municipal Job Center (KfB) from the region. But no matter whether registered or not, everyone is welcome to take advantage of the day of the event.
A colorful supporting program
What would a job fair be without exciting lectures and additional offers? Every 45 minutes there are impulse lectures in the food court on topics such as “IT craftsmanship”, “Training to become an all-round craftsman” and “How to apply”. Those interested can also take part in tours of Loop5, which take place every two hours and provide interesting insights into the center's professional opportunities.
A special highlight is the free shuttle bus service that runs from Luisenplatz to Weiterstadt on the day of the event. The first trip starts at 9:30 a.m. and the last one at 4:30 p.m. This is to ensure that no one has any problems getting to the job fair. However, the shuttle is only accessible to people with an official invitation.
Diverse industries and companies
Employers from various industries will be represented at the fair, including sales, care and logistics. Examples of participating employers include: Badger, ATU and Metro. The wide selection of companies ensures that there is something for every taste and every qualification - this requires a good knack for making the right contacts.
The organization of the event is supported by the employees of the Darmstadt-Dieburg job center on site, who are happy to answer any questions. The trade fair offers not only established specialists, but also beginners and trainees the opportunity to collect valuable information and have personal discussions with potential employers.
