Ulrike Bosold opens creative house Unverblümt in Fulda – a new adventure!

The new “Unverblümt” house opened its doors in Fulda on June 16, 2025, and there was a huge rush. Ulrike Bosold, the operator of the well-known natural floristry shop “Unverblümt” on Kanalstrasse, has created an inspiring space that underpins creativity and creativity. The old building in front of Peterstor 8a was designed with great attention to detail as a location for workshops, coaching and DIY courses. From now on, visitors can learn everything about floral wreaths or take part in creative encounters.

The interior design of the house combines natural aesthetics with entrepreneurial functionality. Lots of wood, light and plants create a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to be creative. The layout of the room is well thought out: downstairs is the workshop area for the popular DIY evenings, while the middle area offers space for photo shoots and group formats. An open table in the upper area serves as a place for team coaching, so that not only creative minds but also companies feel comfortable here.

Creative and inclusive

Another highlight is the dedicated team that supports Ulrike Bosold. Her 23-year-old daughter Pia Bosold is particularly active on social media and in workshops, which promotes intergenerational exchange. Her life partner Rainer Kascherus also played a key role in setting it up. “We want to create an inspiring environment that combines both creative thinking and practical entrepreneurship,” explains Bosold.

Diversity is a big topic that also plays a role in this new creative house. In the environment in which the house is located, diversity is not only accepted, but actively addressed, as Machwerkhaus emphasizes. This is about offering people of all sexual identities, origins or cultural backgrounds a platform. The choice of language is deliberately chosen to accommodate all genders, which ensures an open and welcoming climate.

Diversity as a value

The importance of diversity in work culture is becoming increasingly clear. As EY points out, an inclusive culture promotes innovation, creativity and adaptation to different customer needs. This applies not only to large companies, but also to small, creative businesses like the “Unverblümt” house, which can benefit from these principles.

At a time when equal opportunities and social sustainability have become essential, it is about creating an environment in which every individual can develop their talents. Discrimination no longer has a place in this new generation of companies, and that is also Ulrike Bosold's vision with her new creative house.

The “Unverblümt” house in Fulda is not only a place for creativity, but also proof that creativity and entrepreneurial thinking can go hand in hand. Hopefully the house will inspire many people and help creative ideas blossom!
