Tonight, October 25, 2025, there was a shocking robbery at a shopping market in Kassel. At around 7:40 p.m., two unknown perpetrators, armed with a kitchen knife and a machete, entered the shop on Mattenbergstrasse. How n-tv reported that they demanded that the two employees, a 20-year-old cashier and a 54-year-old cashier, open the cash registers.
The two girls did what one has to do in such a situation: They handed over the cash, which included both coins and banknotes, into a backpack belonging to the perpetrators. They then left the market on foot and disappeared in an unknown direction. Fortunately, there were no injuries during this attack. However, the police did not provide any information about the amount of the loot.

The perpetrators were described as male, around 170 cm tall and between 20 and 25 years old. They wore woolen hats and scarves, spoke German and carried both knives and machetes.
