On Sunday, November 16th, the VfR 09 Meerholz support association invites you to what is now the 33rd hobby art exhibition in Advent. This event is a real highlight for art and craft lovers. Over 49 exhibitors from the entire Main-Kinzig district will present their creative work, which is a new record for this type of event. Loud Advance Online The address file now includes 213 hobby artists.
Out of a total of 63 applications, only 120 tables were available, so a lottery was necessary to select the exhibitors. The participants come from various locations, including Frankfurt, Westerngrund, Bad Vilbel and Weiterstadt. The diversity of materials and techniques is evident here: people paint, saw, hammer and carve, whether from paper, wood, canvas, leather or natural materials. In addition to painting, we also offer woodwork, jewelry, bags, clothing, photographs as well as Advent decorations and personalized gift items.
Culinary delights and community
Another highlight will be the culinary offering: Home-baked cakes from the exhibitors and generous donations from VfR members and the Meerholz Older Generation community ensure a great cake counter with over 50 varieties. The “old men” of the club take over the catering. Here, visitors can comfortably admire the works of art with coffee and cake and get in the mood for the upcoming Christmas celebrations.
