A lot is currently happening in the hectic world of travel, especially when it comes to promoting young talent in the industry. Best-Reisen has now recognized this and is not only taking the reins, but is also calling for the next round of its young talent offensive. The aim is to build your own network for fresh talent and support them on their way into the industry. How touristik-aktuell.de reports, the starter program includes eight online training courses and one face-to-face appointment on board the cruise ship Nicko Spirit. Another highlight are the places on board the Aida Nova and participation in the Counter-Accomplice Camp 2.0 at Disneyland Paris.

An important element of the funding will also be the exchange between those involved. New to the program are the monthly young talent talks, which offer participants the opportunity to network and share their own experiences.
