A daily morning on Harpstedter Straße in Wildeshausen this morning at around 8:50 a.m. had health consequences for two women. A rear-end collision between a truck and two cars resulted in emergency services being called out and the road temporarily closed until around 10:15 a.m. According to regionalheute.de, the accident occurred when a 35-year-old truck driver from Diepholz noticed too late that the Skoda driver, a 48-year-old from Wildeshausen, had to stop. The impact was so severe that her vehicle was pushed into an Audi driven by a 35-year-old woman. Two other parked cars were involved in the accident.
The two women who were injured in their cars had to be taken to nearby hospitals by ambulance. Fortunately, there were only minor injuries, but the property damage is estimated at around 20,000 euros.
