There is a celebration in Varel! Next Saturday, June 21st, the Friso Varel music and majorette corps has reason to be happy as they celebrate their 60th anniversary. From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the company invites you to the weaving mill site to celebrate a colorful festival with friends, families and music lovers.
The program promises a feast for all the senses. In addition to rousing music shows in which friendly clubs take part, the culinary delights will also not be neglected. Visitors can look forward to freshly grilled bratwursts, fragrant coffee, delicious cakes and refreshing soft ice cream. And best of all: entry to the celebration is free!

The Friso Varel music and majorette corps was founded in 1965 as the Obenstrohe youth marching band.
