Golf team from Wilhelmshaven triumphs and takes the lead in the table!
The joy at the Wilhelmshaven-Friesland Golf Club is great: Last weekend the team confidently secured the lead in the table in the 50 age group. In an exciting duel on the third match day, the team beat Rehburg-Loccum 4-2. The match took place at the Am Meer Golf Club in Bad Zwischenahn and offered golf at the highest level.
Particularly noteworthy was the victory of Andreas Krzossa, who won his game 4 to 3. Hans Möller was also able to convince with a narrow victory, one hole ahead. The two players Holger Neumann and Klaus Herrmann shared their games, while Holger Schierenberg also won with 4 to 3. Manuel Wilke, on the other hand, had to accept a defeat, but that didn't dampen the team's victory. The next encounter is on July 12th in Verden, where we hope for the next challenge.
