On Sunday evening there was a traffic accident in Wangerland on the L808 near Tettens in which four people were slightly injured. How NWZonline reported that two cars collided in the intersection between Middoge and Ussenhausen. The impact was so severe that one of the vehicles overturned. Fortunately, everyone involved had already left their vehicles when the fire department arrived. First responders were quickly on the scene and looked after the injured.
The fire brigades from Hohenkirchen, Tettens and Neugarmssiel were also quickly on site, secured the accident site and illuminated it. In addition, fire protection was ensured and an electrically powered vehicle was switched off. The rescue service was deployed with several ambulances and an emergency vehicle to take the injured to surrounding clinics.
