On Saturday evening, around 8 p.m., a devastating fire broke out in Eschershausen, in the Scharfoldendorf district. A wooden shed adjacent to a residential building was fully engulfed in flames. The contents of the shed, including furniture, firewood, coal and straw, caused heavy smoke and high flames.
